How did you get to where you are today, professionally?
It was a very long journey. To keep it short and simplistic, I’ve always been a massive music head, but things really took off in middle school as my brother in law moved in and got me into music engineering and producing. He set up his own home studio and I’ve been hooked ever since. I also then started my own journey of becoming a music and audio engineer and built my own home studio. I currently have artists come over and record and produce, and I in turn, mix and master their music.
Growing up I always spent my time listening or watching music videos and consuming music journalism through various outlets and channels. So in high school I ran my own blog called theboard where I would interview and write articles about various artists. (Yung bans for example). But I hate writing and moved on from the project. After high school I moved to LA for some time where I was up close to the underground scene because I had a friend out there who would DJ and would get me backstage to various shows he would perform at. So I saw how it operated.
